You can place an order by contacting us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Simply let us know your event date, the equipment you need, and quantities. We'll confirm availability and provide a final quote.
We don't have a strict minimum order requirement. However, for very small orders, we recommend collection from our premises to keep costs manageable.
Yes, delivery is available across Nairobi. Delivery charges depend on the location and order size. However, the preferred mode is for clients to collect wares directly from Silhouette Silver.
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (December-January, wedding season). For large events, booking earlier ensures availability of all items you need.
Responsibility for any breakages or shortages after delivery/collection will not be accepted. Clients are expected to return equipment in the same condition as received. Replacement costs will apply for damaged or missing items.
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash payments. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or upon collection/delivery.
